The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) has appointed members to its Regulation Advisory Board (RegBo) at its meeting on 3 December.
Arendt & Medernach chairman and partner, Claude Niedner, has been appointed as chair. Deloitte Luxembourg partner, Lize Griffiths, and Elvinger Hoss Prussen S.A. partner, Gast Juncker, have both been appointed as vice-chairs.
Commenting, Niedner, said: “The many upcoming initiatives from the European and Luxembourg regulatory bodies will require our full attention. I am confident that we will have plenty of constructive discussions together with the vice-chairs and other RegBo members in order to enhance the development of the Luxembourg fund industry.”
