AkademikerPension elects Annette Olesen as special expert member

Danish pension fund AkademikerPension has elected Annette Olesen as a special expert member of its Board at its annual general meeting.

She succeeds Henrik Klitmøller Rasmussen, who has stepped down after 12 years in the role.

The fund expressed its gratitude to Rasmussen for “his tremendous and outstanding work on the Board”.

At the same meeting, PwC was appointed as the auditing firm. Peter Almind Jacobsen was elected as a member auditor, with Simone Sophia Mikkelsen serving as his deputy.
