Aviva Investors announced the appointment of Sandra Schaap as fund manager in the global real estate multi-manager team. Based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, she will be responsible for managing European funds and expanding senior portfolio management capacity in the region.
BlackRock has appointed Fons Lute as managing director of the fiduciary mandates investment team. He will work with some of the largest Dutch pension funds and institutional investors on asset allocation, portfolio management and other investment issues. Lute joins from Cyrte Investments where he was director of business development.
Boost ETP has appointed Saima Parviez as head of marketing and Marlene Rodriguez as sales executive. Parviez has over 10 years' experience, joining from Peel Hunt where she led their re-branding project. She will be responsible for launching the Boost ETP brand and on-going marketing. Rodriguez joins from BNP Paribas where she was an ETF trader assistant and has worked for AXA Investments in Paris. She has 6 years' experience in financial services.
Standard Life Investments has announced Adam Rudd will be the new investment director within their multi-asset investment (MAI) team. He joins from JP Morgan in New York and will be part of the team providing analysis, recommendations and strategies for a range of MAI funds. He reports to Guy Stern, head of multi-asset fund management.
