Veritas appoints six new supervisory board members

Finnish earnings-related pension company Veritas has appointed six new members to its supervisory board following its annual general meeting (AGM) on 12 May 2026.

The new supervisory board members are Claes Björkstén, Tatu Knuutila, Jukka Koivisto, Niclas Lundberg, Johnny Nyman and Peter Valkama.

Other supervisory board members standing for re-election at the AGM were reappointed.

The AGM also decided to keep supervisory board remuneration unchanged. The annual fee for the chair of the supervisory board remains €8,800, while members will continue to receive €350 per meeting.

In addition, shareholders approved the company’s financial statements and agreed on the distribution of profits in line with the board’s proposal.

Erika Grönlund and Fredric Mattsson from EY were elected as auditors for the 2026 financial year.
