Skandia elects Hans Larsson as board chairman

Skandia has elected Hans Larsson as chairman of the board at its annual general meeting on 4 May.

He replaces Hans-Erik Andersson, who declined re-election, and leaves Skandia’s board after seven years as chairman. Susanne Holmström also joins the board as a new member and replaces Peggy Bruzelius.

Reinhold Geijer, Lena Herrmann, Hanna Jacobsson, Niklas Johansson, Christer Löfdahl, Per Nordlander and Jonas Persson were re-elected as board members.

KPMG was re-elected as an auditing company. Responsible auditor is Mårten Asplund.
