Sampension to hold extraordinary meeting to elect chairperson and board member

Sampension has announced it will hold an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Representatives by written resolution to elect a chairperson and a member of the Board of Directors.

The extraordinary meeting follows the death of board member, Anne Mette Barfod, and, as a result, a new expert member of the Board of Directors must be elected.

The Board of Directors has recommended that the Board of Representatives elect Christina Bustrup to serve on the Board of Directors of Sampension for the period until the Annual General Meeting in 2030.

The meeting will be held in accordance with Article 7 of the Articles of Association and will have a response deadline of 30 June at 10am.

Meanwhile, Bustrup has been recommended in accordance with Article 8(1)(3) of the fund’s Articles of Association.
