PGGM makes several changes to its Supervisory Board

Dutch pension asset manager PGGM has announced that Marjanne Sint has been reappointed as chair of its Supervisory Board for a two-year term, following a general meeting of PGGM N.V. shareholders.

Additionally, Van Lanschot Kempen NV Supervisory Board member and BNG Bank NV Supervisory Board member, Karin Bergstein, and ASML Business Services senior vice president, Aloys Kregting, were appointed to the board.

Bergstein and Kregting have been appointed for four years and will replace Doede Vierstra and Henk Broeders, respectively. Both will also serve as Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee members.

Bergstein will join the board on 13 May 2026, while Kregting will join on 22 September 2026.

Françoise Dings, who was previously reappointed for four years, began her second term on 12 May 2026.
