Industriens Pension appoints Søren Kryhlmand as deputy chairman

Industriens Pension, the Danish labour market pension scheme, has appointed Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) deputy CEO, Søren Kryhlmand, as deputy chairman of its Board of Directors.

Kryhlmand succeeds former DI deputy CEO, Kim Graugaard, and will work alongside Board of Directors chairman, Mads Andersen.

Since May 2025, Kryhlmand has served as DI director of Labour Market and Employment Law. He was appointed deputy CEO of the organisation on 1 June, also succeeding Graugaard, who stepped down after more than 30 years with DI.

Before joining DI, Kryhlmand spent two decades in Denmark's central administration. He joined the organisation from his role as permanent secretary at the Ministry of Employment, having previously served as director of the Danish Working Environment Authority.

He has also served as a member of Industriens Pension's Board of Directors since 30 January 2026.
