Veritas appoints Elina Fogelholm as CEO

Finnish earnings-related pension provider Veritas has appointed Elina Fogelholm, as its new CEO, effective from 9 December 2025.

Fogelholm joins Veritas from Danske Bank, where she served as head of corporate banking in Finland. She also previously served as head of corporate banking at Varma and in several senior positions at Nordea.

Commenting on the news, Veritas chairwoman, Gisela Knuts, said: “I warmly welcome Elina and am convinced that under her leadership, Veritas will continue its journey of success.

Adding to this, Fogelholm said: "I am looking forward to getting to know Veritas' operations. It is an honor to work for the pension protection of Finnish entrepreneurs and employees together with Veritas staff."

The appointment is conditional on approval from the financial supervisory authority.
