Swedish pension provider Alecta has announced that, at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 7 May 2026, all members of the Board of Directors of Alecta Occupational Pension Mutual were re-elected.
The reappointments include chairman, Magnus Hall, along with all 10 ordinary board members.
Both vice chairs were also re-elected: vice chairman, Marcus Dahlsten, and vice chairwoman, Elisabeth Sasse.
The re-elected board members are Hillevi Agranius, Jesper Andersson, Hans Fahlin, Markus Granlund, Bo Kratz, Björn Oxhammar, Heléne Robson, and Viveka Strangert.
All the appointments are valid until the 2027 AGM.
The AGM also saw re-elections for Alecta’s General Council, with Jan-Olof Jacke to continue as chair and Peter Hellberg as vice chair.
Meanwhile, Cecilia Lager, Suzanne Sandler, Elisabeth Arbin and Andreas Miller were re-elected to the Nomination Committee.
Other resolutions included approval of the use of special hedging instruments, and the granting of discharge from liability to both the Board of Directors and the CEO.
