Terry Kelly

Terry Kelly is Director of Customer Operations at Royal London 360°. He was previously Head of Customer Services for the company. Kelly is responsible for redefining processes and structures to directly enhance customer experience within the company. This includes overall responsibility for underwriting and investment dealing functions, as well as the customer services area, in order that procedures and structures across these customer-facing areas are streamlined to the overall benefit of new and existing policyholders.

Tony Kisby

Tony Kisby is international development manager at AXA Wealth International. Kisby leads the sales teams in North England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. With more than 30 years experience in financial services, Kisby joined AXA Wealth from Prudential, where he was offshore sales and investment business development manager. Prior to this he has worked for AXA Sun Life, Scottish Equitable and Zurich Life.

Irina Miklavchich

Irina Miklavchich is the fund manager, global emerging markets equities at Threadneedle. She works in the Asia (ex Japan) and global emerging markets equities team of seven headed by Vanessa Donegan and manages a number of global emerging markets funds. Miklavchich joined Threadneedle from Goldman Sachs where she was an executive director in the Principal Strategies Group since 2006, with responsibility for managing the EMEA equity long-short portfolio. Prior to that Miklavchich worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an executive director in the Emerging Markets and Global Financial teams.

Harry Wulfsohn

Harry is a director of Stenham Advisors Plc and joined Stenham in 1997 initially to open an office in Johannesburg for the Group. He returned to London as COO of the Asset Management division. He is now responsible for the UK, Europe and the Middle East working with institutions including pension funds and charities as well as select private banks, trust companies and asset managers.

Prior to joining Stenham, he worked in the Corporate Financial Services division of Arthur Andersen, London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Harry obtained his BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and holds the Investment Management Certificate.

André van den Heuvel

André van den Heuvel joined the management board of ING Investment Management (ING IM) on 1 May 2011, heading up the European marketing and sales activities. Van den Heuvel joins the company from BlackRock, where he was responsible for the overall Benelux Institutional Business Organisation and Business Development.

Van den Heuvel has worked in the international asset management industry since 1988, holding positions including Head of Marketing and Sales Netherlands at F&C and Portfolio Manager Fixed Income for Robeco. He assumes the position of Chief Marketing Officer from Michel van Elk, who since November 2009 has fulfilled that role alongside his responsibilities as CEO ING IM Europe.

André holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Finance and Investments) from Rotterdam’s Erasmus University. He is registered as Senior Investment Manager with the Dutch Securities Institute and with the Dutch market watchdog AFM.

Paolo Marini

Paolo Marini joined Zurich’s business segment Global Life in March 2011. He was appointed to the newly created position of Global Head of Customer Management, Corporate Life & Pensions (CLP).

Marini is responsible for customer relationship management across the globe. His initial focus will be on further developing the global customer management function to build, maintain and grow successful partnerships. He is located in Zurich and reports to Hanno Mijer, Global Head of Corporate Life & Pensions.

Marini joined Zurich from Generali bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the benefits and pensions field to this role.

Fred Bromberg

Fred Bromberg is the Country Executive for Germany and regional executive for the wider German Speaking and CEE & SEE region at BNY Mellon. Bromberg joined the company in 2010 as a Senior Executive within the newly formed Strategic Client Group, a role he retained after his appointment to Country Executive in March 2011. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Bromberg was Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management for JPMorgan's Treasury and Securities Services business.

Thomas Brand

Thomas Brand is Business Executive for Financial Markets and Treasury Services (FM&TS) for the German speaking and CEE & SEE region. Brand took on the new Frankfurt-based regional executive role at BNY Mellon in March 2011. For the 11 years previously, he served as Country Executive for Germany and regional executive for the German Speaking and CEE & SEE region at BNY Mellon.

Encompassing BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services, Corporate Trust, Alternative and Broker Dealer Services and Depositary Receipts businesses, FM&TS views the German Speaking and CEE & SEE region to be one of its key future growth areas. Brand also supports BNY Mellon subsidiary Pershing, the global financial business solutions provider, in the region.

Olivia Engel

Olivia Engel, Head of Active Australian Equities at State Street Global Advisors, works collaboratively with SSgA’s Advanced Research Center and portfolio management teams. Engel reports to Marc Reinganum, global head of Active Equities, Developed Markets.

Previously, Engel worked at GMO Australia, where she spent eight years, most recently as a senior portfolio manager responsible for the management of all Australian equity portfolios. There, she also contributed to the enhancement of the quantitative investment management process through in-depth quantitative research.

Engel spent the past 14 years in active quantitative investing, beginning at Commonwealth Investment Management and Colonial First State prior to GMO Australia. Among her additional areas of experience are domestic and international equities, strategy and asset allocation, business development and infrastructure investment.

She is deeply involved with the CFA Society of Sydney having served as president of the Society from 2007 – 2009, and prior to that, held various positions on the Board of Directors. She currently serves on the Institute’s conference planning committee. Engel holds a BComm and BEc from Australian National University.
