Austrian fair-finance pension fund acquired by Bonus Group

The Austrian fair-finance provident fund will operate exclusively under the name Bonus Vorsorgekasse AG, following the news that Bonus Pensionskassen Aktiengesellschaft has acquired all shares in the pension fund from the Sinnova Group.

The merger, which was initially announced towards the end of last year, is now complete following the entry in the commercial register on September 24, 2025.

This means that the fair-finance pension fund is fully integrated into the Bonus Group and will operate exclusively under the name Bonus Vorsorgekasse AG.

However, the group confirmed that all existing agreements and contracts with the fair-finance pension fund remain valid, and the trusted service team will be there for as usual.

It also confirmed that it is currently using the existing IT infrastructure of the former fair-finance, and the member portal will also remain available in its unchanged form.
