Veritas appoints two new members to board of directors

The supervisory board of Finland's Veritas has appointed Carola Nilsson and Penna Urrila to the board of directors, for the period 1 August 2025 to 31 December 2025, following two resignations last month.

Lasse Svens resigned from the Veritas board of directors on 15 May 2025 upon being elected to the Veritas supervisory board, and Antti Tanskanen resigned on 20 May 2025.

Nilsson serves as Ålandsbanken Asset Management CEO, while Urrila is the Confederation of Finnish Enterprises EK director and chief economist.

After the two new appointments were confirmed, the board now once again comprises 12 members in total.
