Professor Siegert announced as keynote for Nordic climate change seminar

Imperial College London, Grantham Institute, co-director and professor of geosciences, Martin Siegert, has been announced as the keynote speaker at the European Pensions Nordic Climate Change seminar taking place online on 18 November.

The virtual seminar, entitled Identifying the risks and taking action, will see Professor Siegert, alongside expert speakers from BNP Paribas Asset Management, explore the harsh reality of climate change and what it means for Nordic institutional investors and their portfolios.

Other speakers include BNP Paribas Asset Management chief sustainability strategist, Mark Lewis, and co-head of Environmental Strategies Group, Ulrik Fugmann.

These expert speakers will explore the science behind climate change, explain the impact on investments and outline the solutions available to help Nordic institutional investors tackle the challenges ahead.

All registered delegates will have the opportunity to submit speaker questions (in advance or live on the day) which will be tackled in Q&A sessions at the end of each seminar presentation.
