Nordea Liv CEO Hans-Erik Lind takes on new role

Nordea has announced that Hans-Erik Lind, the current CEO of Nordea Liv, will transition to a new position as head of the corporate market in Norway, effective 1 December 2025.

Lind has worked at Nordea for 25 years and has served as the CEO of Nordea Liv for the past five years. Previously, he served as the Nordic head of business development in the corporate market.

He will replace Jon Brenden, who is retiring after 39 years at the bank, but who will remain as a board member of Nordea Finans and Nordea Liv.

Commenting on the appointment, Nordea executive vice president for business banking, Nina Arkilahti, said the company is “pleased” to have Lind on board and thanked Brenden for his “invaluable” efforts over many years.

The process of finding Lind's successor at Nordea Liv has begun.
