I&P Denmark appts PFA’s Ole Krogh Petersen as chair

Insurance & Pension Denmark (I&P Denmark) has appointed Ole Krogh Petersen, CEO of pension company PFA, as its new chair at its ordinary general meeting and subsequent inaugural board meeting held on 27 November 2025.

Hasse Jørgensen of Sampension and Jan Kamp Justesen of LB Forsikring will serve as vice-chairs.

Justesen replaces Rasmus Werner Nielsen of Alm. Brand Group, who is stepping down after reaching the statutory limit of four consecutive terms in the role.

In addition, two new members have joined the board this year: Vivian Byrholt, CEO of Nordea Pension, and Kåre Hahn Michelsen, CEO of P+. They replace John D. Rasmussen of Popermo Forsikring and Chresten Dengsøe of Lægernes Pension.

The board now comprises: Rasmus Werner Nielsen (Alm. Brand Group), Bo Normann Rasmussen (AP Pension), Mads Kaagaard (Danica Pension), Mark Palmberg (GF), Iason H. Johannessen (Gjensidige), Poul Steffensen (If), Laila Mortensen (Industriens Pension), Anders Hestbech (Købstædernes Forsikring), Jan Kamp Justesen (LB Forsikring), Karsten Kjellerup Kjeldsen (Lærernes Pension), Vivian Byrholt (Nordea Pension), Ole Krogh Petersen (PFA Pension), Jon Johnsen (PKA), Peter Stensgaard Mørch (PensionDanmark), Kåre Hahn Michelsen (P+), Hasse Jørgensen (Sampension), Allan Luplau (Sygeforsikringen “danmark”), Alexandra Bastkær Winther (Tryg), Kim Kehlet Johansen (Velliv), and Jørgen Ladekjær (Vestjylland Forsikring).
