CEO Peter Olsson departs AP Ejendomme

Danish pension company AP Pension has announced that Peter Olsson, CEO of AP Ejendomme, AP Pension's real estate business, has resigned.

The resignation was by mutual agreement between AP Ejendomme’s Board of Directors and Olsson.

Olsson has served as CEO since 2016. He will be succeeded by AP Ejendomme CFO, Helle Grosser, who will serve as acting CEO until a permanent replacement is found. Olsson will be available to support a smooth transition.

The Board of Directors has begun the search for a new CEO and will share more details once the process is complete.

Commenting on the news, AP Pension CEO and AP Ejendomme Board of Directors deputy chairman, Bo Normann Rasmussen, said: “We are pleased with the development that AP Ejendomme has undergone during Peter Olsson's time as CEO, and the company is now in a strong position.

“At the same time, the board of directors assesses that the time has come for a change of management.

"AP Pension thanks Peter Olsson for his efforts and wishes him all the best in the future.”
