Swedish court continuing to review Indecap’s dispute with FTN

The Administrative Court in Stockholm is continuing to review Indecap's application concerning the Swedish Fund Selection Agency's (FTN) procurement of actively managed global equity funds, FTN's latest update has revealed.

The case concerns FTN’s SEK 200bn procurement for Sweden’s premium pension system, the agency’s largest procurement to date
