Appointments Update

Jitzes Noorman has joined F&C Investments fiduciary management team in Amsterdam. He will oversee fiduciary management services provided to Dutch pension fund clients, covering strategic and tactical advice, portfolio construction and risk management. Noorman joins from Mn Services where he was a senior special investments fund manager.

Unigestion, an independent asset manager, has announced the appointment of Bill Foo as chairman of its Singapore office. He will assist the company’s presence in Asia and has worked at Schroders International Merchant Bankers where he was the South East Asia head of investment banking and president director of Schroders Indonesia.

State Street Corporation has announced the appointment of Marietta Cisari as senior relationship executive within the global relationship management team. She will be based in Milan. Cisari joins from BNY Mellon London, where she worked as a global account manager for EMEA and has also held strategy and product management positions at Euroclear Brussels and BNP Paribas.

HSBC Securities Services has strengthened its team with the appointment of Dan Massey as head of client management group Asia Pacific. Massey will be responsible for all client management and business development activity for HSBC Securities Services across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Massey was global head of business development and regional head of Southeast Asia for HSBC's sub-custody and clearing business.
