Appointments Update - 19 September

Sciens Fund of Funds Management Holdings, part of the Sciens Capital Management Group has announced the appointment of Stefan Mülheim as senior managing director and he will be responsible for institutional business development in German speaking Europe. Prior to this role, Mülheim was head of marketing at Bridge Asset Management in London.

Societe Generale Securities (SGSS) has appointed Jochen Meyers as managing director for sales and relationship management in Germany and Austria. He will pursue growth and commercial development strategy in Germany and Austria, accompanying asset managers, insurance companies, corporates and institutional investors in their growth and development. Meyers has over 16 years experience in the German securities services industry.

Peter Zangari has been appointed as managing director and head of the Equity Portfolio Management Analytics business at MSCI Inc. (NYSE:MSCI). Based in New York, Zangari will be responsible for driving growth and product innovation including Barra risk and performance attribution models and Barra Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining MSCI, Zangari was managing director and head of risk for the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM).

Mathias Leijon has joined Pictet Asset Management as a senior investment manager in the European Equities team. He joins from Chevreux (Credit Agricole Group) where he covered the Nordic region. Leijon has also held portfolio management and analyst positions at Stena LT Equity Fund.

Schroders has announced the appointment of Sue Chan as a global portfolio manager in the Global and International Equities team. Chan joins from RCM Global Investors where she worked as a senior portfolio manager in the Global and International equities team and prior to that, worked at Blackrock as senior portfolio manager of Core and Diversified institutional accounts.
