Nita Tinn, Director, Independent Trustee Services

Nita Tinn is a Director of Independent Trustee Services Ltd (ITS). Nita is a qualified Solicitor and has spent several years working as an independent trustee before joining ITS. Nita joined the business on 1st February 2010. Nita started her legal career specialising in litigation before moving to corporate law as Head of Legal and Company Secretary for a major utility company where she also chaired the Board of Trustees of the Pension Scheme. She has been an independent pension trustee for the last five years and has chaired a number of Trustee Boards through challenging times. She is also an accredited mediator.

Martine Trouard-Riolle , Director , PwC

Martine Trouard-Riolle is director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's (PwC) pension credit advisory team. Martine, who joined from Penfida, advises a range of clients on the Pensions Regulator's powers as well as employer covenant. Prior to Penfida, Martine was at the Pensions Regulator for three years where she was head of Corporate Risk Management. She has also worked at Pinsent Masons and K&L Gates. The pension credit advisory team offers advice to sponsoring employers and pension scheme trustees on employer covenant, clearance applications and the use of the Regulators powers and funding negotiations.
