Paolo Marini, Global Head of Customer Management, Corporate Life & Pensions, Zurich Global Life

Paolo Marini joined Zurich’s business segment Global Life in March 2011. He was appointed to the newly created position of Global Head of Customer Management, Corporate Life & Pensions (CLP). Marini is responsible for customer relationship management across the globe. His initial focus will be on further developing the global customer management function to build, maintain and grow successful partnerships. He is located in Zurich and reports to Hanno Mijer, Global Head of Corporate Life & Pensions. Marini joined Zurich from Generali bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the benefits and pensions field to this role.

Tony Maximchuk, Head of Distribution and Relationship Management , Securis Investment Partners

Tony Maximchuk is Head of Distribution and Relationship Management at Securis Investment Partners (Securis). Maximchuk's role centres on further extending Securis's relationships with clients, and developing its distribution capabilities. Maximchuk was previously CEO and Head of European Sales at Conning Asset Management Limited in London. He has over 20 years of financial market experience stretching across fixed income, private equity, commodities and infrastructure investments. Securis has worked extensively with Maximchuk since 2006 while in his role at Conning, where he built an excellent understanding of Securis's investment strategy and strong knowledge of the emerging insurance linked securities market.

Irina Miklavchich, Fund Manager, Global Emerging Markets Equities, Threadneedle

Irina Miklavchich is the fund manager, global emerging markets equities at Threadneedle. She works in the Asia (ex Japan) and global emerging markets equities team of seven headed by Vanessa Donegan and manages a number of global emerging markets funds. Miklavchich joined Threadneedle from Goldman Sachs where she was an executive director in the Principal Strategies Group since 2006, with responsibility for managing the EMEA equity long-short portfolio. Prior to that Miklavchich worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an executive director in the Emerging Markets and Global Financial teams.

Joseph Mukungu, Senior Vice President, Head of Client Services, Neuberger Berman

Joseph Mukungu is senior vice president, head of client services for Europe and the Middle East at Neuberger Berman. Mukungu will manage the team based in Europe responsible for servicing Neuberger Berman’s expanding client base outside the US. He joins from JO Hambro Capital Management where he was head of client services and relationship management. Prior to this, he worked at Invesco and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
