Richard brings considerable pensions consulting experience and specialises in advising on employer covenant and related pensions funding issues.
Paul Hatfield, Global Chief Investment Officer, Alcentra
Paul Hatfield is Global CIO, based in London, at Alcentra, a specialist asset manager focused on the sub-investment grade debt markets. Hatfield joined Alcentra in 2003 as a portfolio manager for Alcentra's European CLO funds, and became Head of US Operations in 2008. During this time he has relocated Alcentra's US business to New York and grown the assets under management to approximately $5bn, taking on management of BNY Mellon Capital Markets' CLO and Mezzanine funds, as well as acquiring Rabobank's CLO business in July of 2009. He starts this new role in April 2010.
Jason Hayes, Account Manager, Xafinity Claybrook
Jason Hayes is Account Manager as part of Xafinity Claybrook's client facing operation. Jason is responsible for managing the implementation of new name clients onto the Compendia system with focus on the TPA market and helping our existing clients achieve even greater operational efficiency.
Jason brings twenty years experience in the life and pensions industry including the management of relationships with key in-house and third party clients. His most high profile roles were at Profund Solutions where he managed the TPA Support Department providing pensions systems help to over forty organisations. This included working with the Third Party User Group committee to channel product development. Later his remit expanded across the company as Services Director where he was responsible for managing client partnerships with a team of over one hundred training, support and professional services staff.
André van den Heuvel, Chief Marketing Officer, ING Investment Management
André van den Heuvel joined the management board of ING Investment Management (ING IM) on 1 May 2011, heading up the European marketing and sales activities. Van den Heuvel joins the company from BlackRock, where he was responsible for the overall Benelux Institutional Business Organisation and Business Development.
Van den Heuvel has worked in the international asset management industry since 1988, holding positions including Head of Marketing and Sales Netherlands at F&C and Portfolio Manager Fixed Income for Robeco. He assumes the position of Chief Marketing Officer from Michel van Elk, who since November 2009 has fulfilled that role alongside his responsibilities as CEO ING IM Europe.
André holds a Master’s degree in Economics (Finance and Investments) from Rotterdam’s Erasmus University. He is registered as Senior Investment Manager with the Dutch Securities Institute and with the Dutch market watchdog AFM.

Emma Hunt, Senior Investment Consultant, Towers Watson
Emma Hunt is senior investment consultant in Towers Watson's growing Sustainable Investment team, working closely with Jane Goodland. Emma, Jane and the other members of the Sustainable Investment (SI) team are responsible for the firm's views in this area. The team works closely with the other 150 people involved in manager research to ensure SI is an integral part of the firm's approach to researching investment managers globally. Emma is based in the firm's Reigate office. She joined from Mercer.
