Andrew Gaches, Longevity Consultant, Club Vita

Andrew Gaches is a partner at Hymans Robertson, appointed from its sister company Club Vita, the only company dedicated to providing longevity services to occupational pension schemes, launched by Hymans Robertson in 2008. Club Vita was created to give pension schemes and sponsoring companies robust insight into and certainty over longevity risks, enabling better governance and risk management of pension schemes. There are currently more than 70 members from both the public and private sectors, including BP, Daily Mail and West Yorkshire Pension Fund. Andrew joined Club Vita in 2008.

Susan Gostick, Head of Institutional Accounts, Newton Investment Management

Susan Gostick is head of the institutional account management team at Newton Investment Management. Gostick, who has over 20 years' experience in the investment and pensions arena, was previously at Lazard Asset Management where she was institutions director. She has also previously worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Management, where she was a director and senior relationship manager, and Noble Lowndes.
