Nick Flint, Chief Executive, Club Vita
Nick Flint is a partner at Hymans Robertson, appointed from its sister company Club Vita, the only company dedicated to providing longevity services to occupational pension schemes, launched by Hymans Robertson in 2008. Club Vita was created to give pension schemes and sponsoring companies robust insight into and certainty over longevity risks, enabling better governance and risk management of pension schemes. There are currently more than 70 members from both the public and private sectors, including BP, Daily Mail and West Yorkshire Pension Fund. Nick joined Club Vita in 2008.
Simon Foster, Head of Corporate Pensions, Zurich
Simon Foster is Head of Zurich Corporate Pensions (ZCP), UK. In this position, Simon is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the business, helping to deliver ZCP's growth strategy and strengthening relationships with key intermediaries and corporate customers. Simon joined Zurich in 1991, with a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University. Qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1994, he has gained a wealth of experience in a wide variety of roles with Zurich including senior positions in actuarial, finance and marketing operations. In 2004 Simon was appointed to the UK Life Executive as Proposition Management and Development Director, responsible for product development, new business profitability and marketing for Zurich's pensions, protection and investment product range.
