BNP Paribas Securities Services has unveiled an expanded range of market and financing services to support the needs of institutional investors and financial intermediaries. It now offers principal and agency lending, foreign exchange and collateral management as well as a variety of financing solutions to asset owners and asset managers.
State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) has launched its new green bond strategy offering a way for investors to direct fixed income investments to climate solutions. SSgA will primarily invest in green bonds issued by supranational or multilateral development banks.
State Street Global Advisors(SSgA)has been awarded a €82 million fixed income mandate by BNL/BNP Paribas Employees’ pension fund. The fund covers BNL/BNP Paribas Italy Group’s employees and is one of the largest pre-existing pension funds in Italy.
French asset management company, Prim’ Finance, has launched a new commodities fund which invests in the energy, base metals and precious metals sectors. Prim Commodities, is not invested in stocks of companies involved in these sectors, but directly in commodities using total return swaps on a commodities futures customized index.
iShares has launched the iShares MSCI ACWI (All Country World Index) ETF, offering exposure to companies from up to 45 developed and emerging markets. The fund is UCITS compliant and takes iShares’ European equity product range to 128.
