Appointments Update

LCH.Clearnet has appointed Lisa Rosen as group head of compliance and public affairs. Rosen will oversee the clearing house group’s regulatory and lobbying activities and help to mitigate systemic risk across a broad range of markets. In her previous role, she was managing director, global head of regulatory affairs at Barclay’s Capital in London and also spent ten years at Merrill Lynch.

Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company (PAAMCO) has announced that Lisa Fridman has been promoted to partner. She will assume responsibility for managing PAAMCO’s London office and will continue in her existing role as head of research for PAAMCO in Europe. Stephen Oxley has been appointed to a new global strategic management role and Jim Meehan has been promoted to managing director from his previous role and head of sales and marketing. Geoffrey Lasry and Scott Warner have both been promoted to director.

James Dilworth has assumed the function of chief executive officer for Europe at Allianz Global Investors replacing Elizabeth Corley. Dilworth will also retain responsibility for sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and will be a member of the global executive committee responsible for managing the global business of Allianz Global Investors.

Paul Feeney has been appointed chief executive of Skandia Investment Group (SIG). He will also be chief executive of Old Mutual’s Asset Management business within its Long Term Savings Division (LTS) a key component of Old Mutual’s strategy of delivering the highest quality products, solutions and services to its customers.
