Norway’s govt pension fund sells Paris property

Norway’s Government Pension Fund has sold its 50 per cent share in an office property in Paris for €128m.

Meudon Campus, comprising of six properties, was purchased in partnership with AXA France and has been acquired by a fund managed by PGIM Real Estate.

Norges and AXA France bought the property in 2011, and the 45,000-square metre office block was part of a portfolio of seven properties around the French capital.

The agreement for the six property campus, located on 2-14 rue de la Verrerie in Meudon, was signed on 9 March 2018, and is expected to complete in May 2018.
