Jean-Baptiste de Franssu, president of EFAMA, said: "The exchange of views, perspectives and the setting of priorities within the President's Advisory Council will greatly enrich and strengthen the role that EFAMA will play in the coming years. EFAMA, as the voice of the industry, is in constant dialogue with the European Commission, the European Parliament, CESR/ESMA and other regulators and legislators. The creation of the Council is one of the many steps we have taken recently to strengthen our governance and ensure that we will deliver on our strategic focus."
