- Javiera Ragnartz has been appointed CEO of Scandinavian fund manager SEB Investment Management AB and head of Division Investment Management.
At SEB, Ragnartz will strengthen its fund management offering and continue to develop sustainable investment products. Ragnartz joins SEB from pension provider AMF, where she held the position of head of asset management. Before this, she held positions at Riksbanken, headed fund management at Handelsbanken and held various management positions at SEB. She will assume her position this summer.
- Dutch asset manager MN has appointed Ralf Rikze as director of pensions and insurance from 1 March.
Rikze succeeds Henri den Boer as the director of MN, the asset manager for Dutch metal industry pension schemes PMT and PME. Previously, Rikze worked as head of pension administration for asset manager APG and held management roles with FBTO, Interpolis and Centraal Beheer Achmea. In his position, he will manage pension administration and member/employer data as well as rights, premiums and pension payments.
- Dutch Robeco announces the appointment of Andrew Knell as director, business development and Connor Murphy as business development analyst.
The duo will be part of the UK institutional team to further develop its client footprint, including insurance, public and corporate pension schemes and fiduciary managers. Knell joins the manager from his Northern Trust Asset Management positions of senior vice president and senior investment strategist within the global equity division. Murphy joins the team from Fidelity International where he supported the Pan-European business. Both will be based in London and report to Robeco UK head Peter Walsh.
